  • Estimated delivery times are 5-7 business days within Australia and 20-25 business days for international orders.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs.

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • To request a return, contact us at returns@dochaayurveda.com with your order number and reason.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned items.
  • Shipping costs for returns are covered by the customer, unless the product is defective.
