Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. The final shipping fee will be displayed before confirming your purchase.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Times  

  • Within Australia: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • International Orders: Estimated delivery time is 20-25 business days from the date of dispatch.
    Please note that these are estimated times and actual delivery durations may vary depending on courier services, customs processing, and other factors.

 

3. Responsibilities and Liabilities  

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance procedures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or return of the package, for which additional charges may apply.

 

4. Customs and Import Taxes  

  • For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in their country. These fees are outside our control and cannot be reimbursed or waived by us.

 

5. Risk of Loss and Title  

  • The risk of loss, damages, or theft passes to you once the order is delivered to the specified delivery address.
  • The title of the goods passes to you upon successful delivery and receipt of the order at your address.

 

6. Additional Information  

  • We process and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of purchase, subject to product availability.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number, where available, to monitor your shipment online.
  • Delivery times may be affected during peak seasons, holidays, or unforeseeable events; we appreciate your patience and understanding.
